Body
  • Do 15 push-ups
  • Do 20 squats
  • Do a 60-second plank
  • Do 10 slow deep stretches
  • Do 30 jumping jacks
Habits
  • Drink a full glass of water
  • Drink 500ml of water in the next 5 minutes
  • Put your phone face-down for the next 10 minutes
  • Step outside and get fresh air for 5 minutes
  • Eat a piece of fruit or vegetable
Mind
  • Take 10 slow deep breaths
  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for today in your LOG
  • Close your eyes and sit in silence for 60 seconds
  • Write down your main focus for today in your LOG
  • Stretch your neck and shoulders for 60 seconds
