- Eat a piece of fruit or vegetable

- Take 10 slow deep breaths
- Write down 3 things you are grateful for today in your LOG
- Close your eyes and sit in silence for 60 seconds
- Write down your main focus for today in your LOG
- Stretch your neck and shoulders for 60 seconds
